Eligibility for Return: Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Only unopened products that remain in their original condition are eligible for a return.
RMA Number: Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our support team at support@swidget.com.
Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Swidget is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Inspection: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item(s). If the product is unopened and in saleable condition, it will qualify for a refund.
Refund Process: Once the return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
